DataGrid Column Header Empty Space

Hi, seeking help on how can I remove below empty space in Column Header's right side part? Note that I don't want the datagrid to add filtering or sorting.

As you can see it takes a bit of space. Tried the padding in ColumnHeaderStyle but the empty space is still there.
