@mdtauk we definitely want to start building on top of WinUI 2.x now that it's seen such an uptick in folks using it. It helps solve our issues of having to target different diverging styles. Do folks think it'd be an issue if we forced a requirement to have WinUI 2.x as a dependency? @windows-toolkit/toolkitteam any thoughts/concerns? We may take the dependency for 7.0 to help make less breaking changes in the future, but we probably wouldn't update styles more until later, we'd just ensure the current ones remain stable. |

The WinUI styles are now using a lot of rounded corners whereas the system XAML styles are still using square corners. |

Will Community Toolkit controls update to the latest WinUI visual styles, as well as support the WinUI 2.5 styles?
Some controls still match the inbox Xaml styles which are outdated now.
