[BUG] Popup V2 is window bound on windows and mac

Popup V2 is window bound on windows and mac i can't make it larger than the window but i can make it smaller
i think it shouldn't be window bound on this platforms and only bound to the screen working area

This isn't technically possible because a Popup is wrapped inside a modal ContentPage therefore it can only be as big as your window

@bijington it would be an awesome improvement to have 2 popup modes, for Windows and Mac, to be able to select between a popup that is bound to the current window, or popup that is a window in itself.

There's nothing stopping you from achieving that now - just spawn a new Window with your desired size and put the popup inside

@bijington in this case i will have to manage the window size and location myself + all other popup expected behaviours like close on click out side etc

That is correct although things like clicking outside of a window become much more interesting to manage
