MediaElement video from URL caching

Hi, any advice how can we extend MAUI MediaElement on Android platform and add video files caching when fetching files from remote URL address?

In theory, creating a custom handler which extends MediaElement handler. Before it was Exoplayer, now it is Media3, but official documentation says it's still Exoplayer - maybe Media3 was not merged into the latest Community Maui release. Why is this important? To learn which handlers you can overwrite.

LibVLCSharp looks great as it also have MAUI support, but check the licence if it's OK with you. Check related stackoverflow topic.

Media 3 has been in Media Element since around February of this year. Here is link to PR: #2076
