Breaking Changes in 12.0.0 missing in Release Notes

It would be nice to add the following statement to the release notes of 12.0.0 to inform about breaking changes in the user space:

AnimationBehaviour that bind to Command now need to set AnimateOnTap="True", otherwise the command is not executed.
