Why are finished PRs waiting for like a month without being merged #2611

There are several great PRs fixing bugs in MediaElement that are completely finished with no conflicts and succeeding pipelines, wating more than a month still not merged. What is preventing them from being merged? EDIT since I cant respond: Microsoft should be fkin ashamed for that, a billion dollar corpo parasiting on volunteers maintaining an essential library for free, without which MAUI would be unusable. Thank you so much for maintaining MCT, you literally can't make a MAUI app without using it. |

Honest answer: It's a combination of higher priorities and lack of external funding + support. My focus is currently on finalizing the Popup V2 PR which contains +7600 LOC changes. We're just a small group of maintainers who work on this project in our spare time on nights and weekends. We are not compensated for any work we do on the project.
