Generic Method for MediaElement in C#

A Generic Method to play Audio using C# without MediaElement Control in XAML? And can play audio globally in the app. Something similar to Media Manager. With the ability to Play, Pause, Seek, AudioStateChange Event, AudioPosition Event and Get Duration on Audio.

But this Package doesn't support URLs to play audio and also doesn't indicate the State of the player. If it supports URL to play remote audio and also provide the Event's like StateChange (to indicate the current state of Audio Player) & CurrentPosition (triggers when the player position change)

I believe it does everything you need except playing from a URL. We do accept PRs though so feel free to get involved and help it support URL playing
