Include Numerical ratings and add Check mark and Cross mark shapes to the RatingView to make it versatile

It is nice that the RatingView feature has been integrated into the toolkit.

I propose the inclusion of number-based ratings, starting at one and incrementing by one up to the maximum rating value.

In most formal surveys, the ratings are presented as numerical values rather than Stars or Hearts.

For questionnaires, the most common use case is answering with Yes or No, so kindly consider including a Checkmark and Crossmark shape by default.

To make sure that we keep a reference of what is discussed here:

The reality here in the example provided, is that the "numerical" rating, is actually near the same as the radio button rating implementation, just with styling. If I were personally to go about achieving this, I'd either use the AvatarView (like in the "Days of the Week" sample) or craft my own (starting with a Border control, and handling a different border configuration for the first and last item, to achieve the same look) and wire up TapGestureRecognizer's as appropriate.

That said, IF there is enough demand (as resources are limited, and we do this entirely voluntarily), then I could look at doing it (I'm personally working on yet another control at this time). We would just need enough UP votes on your original discussion.
