Should be have a code editor?

A code editor that supports binding text in XAML.
Monaco Editor is too heavy for desktop client applications, I currently use WinUI 3's RichTextBox along with custom code for highlighting Json, but with my coding experience can't solve the XAML binding ViewModel issue for RichTextBox, so I'm proposing ideas here.

Thanks @lostluna1, I knew we had an issue for this somewhere in the past, I pulled it forward from the old repository to make it more discoverable here. That's in discussion #694 now. I'll comment there as I thought also we had newer comments on this, but it may have been in Discord. For now I'll close this as a duplicate.
