Recently for my personal project I created a display layout control that behaves similar to Windows System Display settings.

Starting this discussion to see if there is interest for this control to be made part of CommunityToolkit.

Some use cases

• Wallpaper application to set wallpaper per screen via contextmenu or selection.
• Utilities that lets user specify application startup display location.
• Display capture programs to select source.
• Display configuration utilities.
