No database added for the RavenDB hosting Package

When adding the hosting provider for RavenDB, you don't see a database in the ravendb studio

Steps to reproduce

Just add like in the screenshot the default info for adding the ravendb database
And browse in the ravendb studio

Expected behavior

That it created the database

Hi!
We chose to keep things simple by default — the Hosting package doesn't automatically create a database. However, if you use the Client package, you can create a database during startup, and then access it from the Hosting package as needed.
