Chemotion ELN v1.9.3 🚀

Although this is the third patch since the release of 1.9.0, we have only released the entire docker image suite at this level.

Installing using the ChemCLI:

Moving from v1.8.x the following services have changed:

• converter-app v1.1.1 to v1.2.0 (release notes)
• chemspectra-app 0.15.1 to 1.1.1 (release notes)

⚠️ moving to 1.9 there are 2 DB migrations that might take a while to finish depending on how much data is there.

• 20230630140647_fill_new_plain_text_description_fields
• 20230814121455_fill_new_plain_text_content_field_at_containers

These migrations are there to fill some plain text fields used by the newer advanced search feat.

Because those can take longer than expected, the eln container might appear as unhealthy. Although in that case everything is running properly.

One can have a better look at what is being processed in the eln container:
