Identify and select 4-in-1 DSHOT ESC for RDD2

We need to also make sure that it works with our current DSHOT zephyr driver.

1. Our supplier provided "JHE-MCU " brand that we as a corp can procure. I don't think that this one has been fully validated against the updated software that Peter provided.

2. There are 3-6 other single AM32 ESCs. They could also be reviewed. It doesn't need to be a 4:1.

3. I would like to have the option of using/switching to the NXP AM32 ESC should we get the issue resolved with it with ALKAs help (from AM32 discord.) That is only a single ESC design... although i suppose it could be done 4-up.

I think long term the 4-in-1 NXP AM32 makes a lot of sense, especially if we can even throw on a T1 PHY and use the BEC to power other boards from it.

Identify what is not working on zephyr side driver. Open AM32 PR for bit timing issues (@PetervdPerk-NXP).

This will be used with the updated timing. @PetervdPerk-NXP 2x instead of 4x output timing (should be a kconfig option?)
