create a single-page static website for Slipcast

Creating a website for documentation and describing the library's features would be beneficial in making the application feel more professional. The site can be hosted as a static on Github Pages.

Preferably, the site would be build using Slipcast. 😄

This is a low priority task, as increasing the level of documentation in the README and inside of the Github project (like through the wiki) may be an easier first step.

Hi Logan, it definitely is.

If you'd like to have a chat over hangouts/etc about how things work, let me know some days/times that work for you. Unfortunately, the readme isn't as filled out as I would like right now.

One thing to watch out for, this type of task may have the possibility of scope creep as we get into things. If you feel like that is happening at all, please call it out so we can make new tasks instead of making this one take forever.
