The learning mechanisms and how to learn and practice more efficiently

We never stop learning. Even if we don't do it rationally — we still are learning. Every task we work on, every discussion we have — learning never stops.

But how does learning work? What can neuroscience and cognitive science tell us about learning mechanisms? How can we improve the way we learn and practice?

I will talk about the physiology of learning, explain implicit and explicit learning mechanisms and their differences, show the bugs of implicit learning system and provide a way to overcome the issues and bugs.

I will also talk about how to organize effective schedules, atmosphere and load for effective learning from three prospectives:

• Student/mentee: to organize their learning process better
• Mentor/company: to organize teaching process better
• General employee: how to learn more effectively and not get overloaded
