chore(Worker): Exclude generated worker bundle from version control

- Removes Target/Worker.js from tracking as it's a generated build artifact - Aligns with Land's build strategy to avoid committing compiled/bundled files - Worker component handles background processing for Cocoon extension host or Sky UI - Size increase (0→2610B) indicates successful bundling during build process - Maintains clean repository state while preserving worker functionality Refs #123
