chore(license): relicense project under CC0 1.0 Universal

- Replaced Land Public License v1.0 with CC0 1.0 Universal license
- Transition from copyleft to public domain dedication removes usage restrictions
- Aligns with project goals of maximum openness and community collaboration
- Eliminates complex license compatibility requirements from original LPL
- Removes patent litigation clauses and liability limitations from LPL
- Simplifies contribution process by waiving all copyright-related claims

BREAKING CHANGE: Project licensing changed from restrictive copyleft (LPL) to public domain (CC0). All previous license terms including copyleft requirements, patent grants, and compatibility clauses are revoked.
