As this application provision a lot of infra it would be handy to check on it's health status, considering that most of it's services already comes with free cloudwatch logs, and metrics, it should be simple to put together a cloudwatch dashboard to show the current status of the application, without any extra cost.
For example, number of jobs executed per runners, number of jobs rejected, number of jobs failed, avg runtime for jobs, fault rates, and much more.
