Export Grafana dashboard with "Export with sharing externally"

Hello,

Is it possible to export Grafana dashboards using the "Export for sharing externally" option?

This export format includes the __inputs section, which allows us to define datasource IDs as inputs. It is especially useful when importing dashboards into different environments where datasources may vary.
