feat: Add UUID to create Affiliation endpoint #322
Description
UUID is a unique ID that the GPM uses. We will add this as a field so that duplicate affiliations are not created. UUID is required via the API endpoint, but optional via the UI as Independent Working Groups will not have this ID.
