How do i speed the Golang Scan struct the below scan takes around 1.5 sec for around 500 Rows which is super slow

This code is super slow. rows.ScanStruct is where it takes lot of time.

I have a performance-critical app, and the scan speed is making the whole app slow.

Is there any solution i can speed up things ?
