CATKE `show` methods missing some parameters

Not sure if intentional but the CATKEEquation show method does not print Cᵂϵ and the CATKEMixingLength show method does not print Cᵉu.

I also think it would be more user-friendly for the show methods to also describe each parameter.

Hmm, I think we can print them.

As for describing the parameters, that's a good idea. For some cases (eg calibration) you don't want so much text. But I think a description is wanted more often than not so I support adding that.

I'll also give my usual complaint about the "bug" label, since the omission of info in a show statement doesn't affect a computation, I would argue its not a real bug 😂

I would agree with that! I changed it to "documentation" to have at least one label. Comments are definitely part of the documentation.
