Describe the bug

Car headlight is functioning, despite not being powered.

Steps to reproduce

Examine surroundings, notice no other unbroken headlights.
Examine car, notice no source of power to power the headlight.
Examine light, notice it's there, in a shape strongly indicating it's from the headlight.
Get confused because I've never seen this happen. So reproduction on a fresh save may be really hard.

Expected behavior

Powered vehicle parts shouldn't function without power. Because it's unrealistic?

Additional context

I'm thinking the draining broken battery (which doesn't provide power) didn't update the rest of the vehicle when bash damage was applied. So it would have provided power, but doesn't, because it's broken. And draining since generation, several hours ago.
