ClearURLS breaks Google Voice Website

I don't know why but it seems that when enabled ClearURLs breaks the voice.google.com website.
In particular, it prevents me from switching between conversations/messages. Is there an option to whitelist a particular website?
If not, how can I go about determining why it's breaking the site and getting a resolution for it?
