We need to have a dual language doc that meets on the following

1. Provides a QR code to the app : https://civictechatlanta.github.io/agua-vida-poc/
2. Adds instructions for the download and installation of the app on the following platforms :

• Android
• Mac
• iOS
• Windows

3. Adds descriptions and contact information

This is for volunteers to have on their phones that they can use to have peruvian operators to scan and get info on the app.
