Dashboard - Explore Menu Options

As the number of filters on the internal dashboard grows, we need a way to hide/reveal them.

Possible approach is to start dashifying Material-UI components like the toolbar

Or we could implement a simple button that hides/displays a div with all the controls

Aesthetic improvements:

• Border for filters div?
• Unify styling of buttons & radio buttons?
