Go to block search when address cannot be found #5
Description
The old property search application takes you to the block search when it can't find an address. For example, if it can't find 1234 MARKET ST, it would take you to the search results for the 1200 block of MARKET ST. This feature should be added to the new app, or at least a link to the block search in the "no results" message.
