Member info not explained or labelled well

On the member info screen, we also display the information for the seat a member is filling. However, staff are confusing the seat information for the member's appointment information.

We should add section headers for the various related information that is displayed, to avoid confusion.

Membership information (aka appointments) involves lots of dates of various things (terms, appointments, earliest appointment, etc.) We display these dates all over the place, but do not label them well.

There probably needs to be on screen explanations of what each date means.
