Base image typo

Is the base image name correct? It doesn't work for me. However, FROM devhub-docker.cisco.com/iox-docker/base-x86_64 works properly.

"devhub-docker.cisco.com/iox-docker/base-x86_64" is the correct image name. It is updated in the cisco devnet documentation, nedd to update here.
