Compress images

A few of the image assets are way bigger than they need to be which leads to slow load time.

Main culprits:

• on the author's page, I think the second author's image is > 1MB
• on the link mapper tools page, there's a bunch of images, all of which can be compressed quite a lot

A tool like https://compressjpeg.com is pretty good for this
