default directory for output storage

The error message I am getting is
"ERROR: IOError: mkdir("LIPA_ResMnF_r144b1"; mode=0o777): permission denied (EACCES)"

Is there a way to change the directory where the results files from these runs are stored? I don't seem to have permission to write to the default directory. In past versions Julia was saved in the programs folder in my user profile on the computer. However, it appears that this has changed in the newest version.

Prior versions - C:\users[username]\AppData\Local\Programs\Julia 1.5.4\bin

now it appears to be C:\Users[username].julia\juliaup\julia-1.11.5+0.x64.w64.mingw32\bin

and solutions to this error would be amazing.
