Convert boolean value in `Profile Page` to Yes/No

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Whenever we visit user profile page, the Subscribed to emails value shows true/false. It's not a good for end-user with little technical knowledge.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should convert the value to normal language [Yes/No].

• For true value show Yes
• For false value show No
