Bump qs and browser-sync (#205)

Removes [qs](https://github.com/ljharb/qs). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [browser-sync](https://github.com/BrowserSync/browser-sync). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `qs`

Updates `browser-sync` from 2.26.7 to 2.29.3
