toolips is a manic web-development framework that has a core focus on extendability, simplicity, and versatility. Compared to other web-frameworks, especially in the Scientific space, toolips can do a lot more or a lot less. Part of the beauty of this package is that essentially everything is optional. This release provides a good direction towards 1.0, as well as a great base to build from in the mean time.
