You can download the official node/wallet at https://www.chia.net/downloads/ and upon launching select "wallet-only" mode which will ask multiple other nodes on the network for the blockchain data so you don't need to store the blockchain database, or you can run a full node yourself in "farming mode" so you only poll your local node (this will take time to sync the whole blockchain). Alternatively you can get it direct from https://github.com/Chia-Network/chia-blockchain/releases which is this github you're commenting on. (This software will work on Linux/Windows/Mac)

If you want to use community made wallets you can check out https://chialinks.com/wallets/ which has several options for mobile devices like your phone (iOS/Android), Sage Wallet is one of the more popular wallets lately as its being developed by a Chia Network employee in their free time.
