Chia is the latest, 2.5.2

As for the error that is generally related to a sync issue where your wallet did not get the correct info to make the spend.

What I would do is first try a resync from the gui:

• go to gui settings / advanced / resync
• upon clicking that button the GUI will close and when reopening the GUI it will resync the wallet
• once fully resynced retry the transaction

Let us know the results and whether the transaction now succeeds.
