As for the wallet, does it show it is connected to peers and downloading data from them? (click the sync icon in the top right and see if it is connected to peers)

Also can you provide your log file from ~/.chia/mainnet/log/debug.log ?

NOTE - Since this is a support request, I converted this to a discussion and we can open an issue ticket if a bug is found
