Hey @Roman69i , the other commenter was a spammer please halt any communications with them and only communicate with our support in our official github or discord (https://discord.gg/chia).

As for the transaction, there is currently an issue with any transactions that have either 0 blockchain fee or too low of a blockchain fee. The CNI team pushed out version 2.5.1 to help resolve the issues but there are still some slowdowns with transactions.

What I would do is contact the exchange's support team and ask if they can resubmit the transaction to the chain. Let us know if any other questions arise.

Thank you for verifying with them. As for your wallet itself:

• what version of chia are you running?
• what OS are you using?
• is the wallet fully synced? (the sync icon is in the top right and should be green if fully synced)

Also if you can provide your log file from ~/.chia/mainnet/log/debug.log that will also be helpful, thank you!

Hey @Roman69i , please note that the snippet of logs provided ends on 2023-1-16 more than a year ago so it is not the complete log file and is missing the parts we would need to help troubleshoot the issue.

Instead of providing a snippet of the logs can you please provide the entire log file so we can check the more recent logs for any errors?

Hey @Roman69i , thank you for the logs.
The logs have aa lot of errors regarding peer connections which generally indicates a network issue or the time on the device is incorrect.

Can you make sure the time on your system is correct by accessing this site?

If the time is not correct then use your OS's tools to sync the time and once completed make sure to:

• stop chia
• delete the peers file at ~/.chia/mainnet/wallet/db/peers.dat (this will make sure any incorrectly banned peers are tried again for connections)
• start chia and ensure it connects to peers

If the time is correct then you may need to test a different DNS server by changing your devices DNS server to google or cloudflare (8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1)
