App Switcher (including "Welcome to iPhone", "Swipe up to get started" screen) gesture does not work.

For the "Welcome to iPhone" screen, just restart the emulator after like 30 seconds to a minute (to allow the disk changes to flush). For the App Switcher, use Assistive Touch (in Accessibility settings).

The emulator may get stuck near "skipping unencrypted volume" or "SEP accepted IMG4".

Just restart the emulator until it works, for now.

Kernel panic "cannot find IOAESAccelerator".

Disk corrupted or similar. sync command after creating/editing the disks may help.

Bad SEP ROM or SEP Firmware.

After mounting disk, cannot make it read-write.

Outdated macOS version or other APFS driver.
