bug(documentation): set the version when building from source.

Following https://github.com/Checkmarx/kics/blob/master/docs/getting-started.md I am able to build the binary and it executes as desired. Though when I try to get the version the output does not contain the desired information.

$ kics version
Keeping Infrastructure as Code Secure development
```

Desired Behavior: When building from source include the flag to set the version.
