If quanitity of a card is 0, remove add to cart button and display "OUT OF STOCK"

As a user, I don't want to be able to buy something that is out of stock, but I want to see everything that might be available.

• requires pulling quantity from database
• re-rendering button to 'OUT OF STOCK'
