Feature request: option to search titles only for questions, but search other criteria for answers

Let's add another checkbox for Title named "questions only". If it's selected, the title regex would only be run against question titles, more closely simulating which existing posts would be matched by a blacklist item.

Currently, if you check "Use OR for text search", it returns results from answers where the title matches, which a blacklist wouldn't. Checking "questions only" would fix that for those of us who want to see what a watch or blacklist might catch.
