Add Score Board

Add a menu to display highscores. This needs some tasktasks:

• research how data is collected
• local highscores for the beginning vs online highscores
• highscores on Itch.io?
• highscores on Steam
• need to be shown when game over and you have a new record
• if not then you can access from main menu
