Pydowndoc-bin: Support for ARM based Macs

Hi,
at first thanks for this project! I thought about creating something similar with asciidoctor.js to use it at my note conversion project Jimmy, but then I discovered your project.

I just got one main issue: There seems to be a wheel for the older (Intel based) Macs only. Could you release a wheel for the newer (ARM based) Macs, too? For Jimmy, I could simply use the "macos-latest" (Intel) and "macos-13" (ARM) containers from Github actions.

Additionally, there are many small formatting nitpicks (like <mark> instead of == for highlighting and < instead of <, see https://github.com/marph91/jimmy-test-data/pull/3/files). Maybe some configuration options could be added. I guess for them, I should directly ask at downdoc?

Regarding any bugs or issues with the actual converted content, yes raising the issue with the downdoc project is the correct place, as this is just a wrapper around their built binary.

I'll have a look into building wheels for ARM based Macs. I'm much less familiar with that architecture and have heard there's many more difficulties surrounding it, so feel free to make a contribution to add support (via PR) yourself!
