Improve version identification #43
Description
- Add a new eager CLI flag
--wrapper-versionto get the version of the Pydowndoc wrapper (investigate using Click's built-in version identification Vs importlib's version identification) - Document using importlib to get the wrapper version from other Python code
- Add a CI test to ensure the
--wrapper-versionCLI flag matches the expected wrapper package distribution version
