Add custom RenovateBot upgrades to GitHub workflow dependencies stored in matrix #28
Description
The container key of the matrix strategy is a reference to a Docker container that would normally be identified and upgraded by RenovateBot. However, because it is wrapped in JSON formatting within a strategy matrix reference a custom version identifier will need to be created for the RenovateBot configuration of this project.
