option to remove plate by unique plate number rather than barcode name #30
Description
Have issues where barcodes are not being read properly and two plates are saved under the same platename, though in different sub-directories under their unique plate ID number.
This causes issues with the filelist, and we cannot remove one of these plates in the config file, as remove plates uses the barcode name, not the unique plate ID.
