Description
Inspired by this, it would be nice to create a log of successfully finished jobs. Useful for those jobs that time-out without returning an error.
Can also check the length of the log file after each cellprofiler run, and if this matches the number of tasks then the array-job has successfully finished and can trigger a script that pulls all the csv files into a database.
