Split MappedIdRepository into SensorIdRepository and RecTagsRepository #286
Description
Populating the MappedIdRepository, and then retrieving the correct SensorId has crated too many problems in prod.
The solution need to be more simplistic - KISS (Ieep Is Smple Stupid).
