The compendium arcanus is missing an entry for "temporal dilation effect."

Hello, I noticed that in the compendium arcanus, the entry for "temporal dilation effect" in SpellCraft is missing. After checking the game's source files, I found that the issue is because the entry's file is in .txt format instead of .json, preventing the mod from reading it properly.
